Welcome to Anglican Church of the Redeemer!  

            My name is Steve Kelley and I’m the Rector (an Anglican word meaning Pastor) of this wonderful, loving and joyous

            congregation.  

            The congregation got started in Spring 2004, and we already have over 100 members.  We currently rent space for our worship

            services at 1815 McCallie Ave – at the corner of McCallie & Orchard Knob – about 2 miles east of downtown Chattanooga.

            Our worship service starts every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and is uplifting and spiritual.  

            We do use a standard liturgy (or order of service), and we lift up our worship to the Lord Jesus Christ using a unique combination

            of:

             -  The WORD (Scripture Readings, as well as Scriptural teachings at the Sermon time),

             -  The SACRAMENTS (Holy Communion / Holy Eucharist / the Lord’s Supper),

             -  PRAYER (which is typically led by someone from the congregation), and

             -  MUSIC (some organ-accompanied hymns, and some contemporary pieces)
